Originally started as Ver Facil Limited in 2009 to design and manufacture Building Management System we began to permanently connect our systems via secure cellular modems then in 2018 we were early adopters of the long range wireless technology LoRaWAN which took us into the world of the Internet of Things (IoT). Having grown significantly through the creation of large IoT networks across the UK we have added satellite connectivity to our offer and switched to a "Connectivity as a Service" business model. From our base in Cornwall the direction of the business is focussed on Net Zero, Circular Economy and helping our clients achieve their own Net Zero and ESG goals.
