Self Employed BMS Controls engineer with over 24 years experience in the field. I have experience on mission critical BMS systems at RAF Fylingdales BMEWS III, NEC semiconductors in Livingston, Gassco at Easington site based positions. A range of buildings to include Hospitals Universities and Chemical sites.

• Maintenance, Faultfinding, servicing and small commissioning works of BMS control systems to include Johnson Controls Metasys, Satchwell BAS2800+, Satchnet, Micronet, Sigma, Andover Continuum, Trend and ALC.

• Available for contract work

• Improving the control strategy for more efficient control

• Energy savings for customers utilising re-programming of existing plant for more efficient control.

• Maintenance and service of HVAC control systems.

• Member of the Energy Institute 

• Attending sites to carry out energy audits and presenting them to clients. Advising on energy savings

• IPAF Operator 3a and 3b
